This is Elizabeth Smart, a champion of women, and a role model for all.

What I'm about to tell you, is based off of witness testimony and facts collected by the authorities. 

On June 5th, 2005, Elizabeth Smart and her little sister Katherine, were abducted from their home, in Salt Lake City, Utah in the middle of the night. 

The kidnapper held Elizabeth and her sister at knifepoint, and rather than start acting out, Elizabeth begged the kidnapper to let her little sister go, and if he does, she'll go wherever he wants her to go, and do whatever he wants her to do. The kidnapper complied and let Katherine Smart go.

Poor Elizabeth knew that she was likely going to be physically abused or worse, but still protected. her little sister like a older sibling is supposed to.

So why does this disturb me so much? to fully understand we need to wind the clocks back about 3 months before that happened.

This is Brian David Mitchell, a stalker of children, and an expert on bad hygiene.

I'm not going to delve too much into Mitchell's past, I'm sure it would include sexual assault charges and other crimes against children.

Here's why I believe the Smart family (excluding Elizabeth), is nothing but a bunch of cowardly entitled sociopaths.

Elizabeth Smart's Father hired Brian David Mitchell to do maintenance work around his home, at some point during his work at their home, Elizabeth Smart's father introduced Elizabeth and Katherine to Mitchell, and just so we're clear, this means that both Elizabeth and Katherine Smart, knew who Brian David Mitchell was, when he tried to abduct both of them.

Now that you're caught up with this subject, I can begin the rant.

Could somebody please explain to me why Katherine smart, knew who the abductor was from day one, and wouldn't reveal it because it's causing her mental trauma, and their parents backed her up and wooden Force the information out of her.

Katherine spoke about the mental anguish she was going through, in an attempt to get sympathy from the public, meanwhile, her courageous sister was being raped, beaten, starved and drugged with meth, intravenously

When the public found out the truth about Katherine Smart's knowledge of the captor, the sympathy immediately stopped, and the family received immense pressure from the public including death threats.

After Katherine Smart named Brian David Mitchell as the abductor, he was arrested within hours and Elizabeth was saved.
